Our Services and Support
Consultation
Meet with our team when planning your next project, we can offer advice on build and specification.
Our engineers can carry out site surveys and will produce site specific method statements and risk assessments to ensure transparency throughout your project.
Maintenance
As well as high quality switchgear, we also offer maintenance contracts on existing and new switchgear systems.

Volt Logic is dedicated to craftsmanship and quality and is committed to providing an ever-improving service to all of our existing and future clients.
Switchgear and Transformer Installation
We provide services for the installation of all components of electrical power systems on low voltage and high voltages systems up to and including 33Kv.

We have the equipment and expertise to manage the installation and risk, to provide a safe and seamless installation.

Our extensive experience enables us to offer full PPM packages.

All our installations are individually assessed, planned and carried out in accordance with the highest safety criteria.
Turnkey Projects
Providing single point of contact from receipt of order through to project completion.
Procure and deliver multiple products from the main equipment manufacturers, Transformers, LV Switchgear, Busbar, Power Factor Correction and UPS) to meet project deadlines.

Witness off-loading, positioning, assembly and pre-commissioning of above, installing cabling including containment and dead testing of cables.

On site project management providing effective governance on all elements including health and safety.

Training on the equipment prior to handover.
Lift & Shift
Our experienced engineering team design bespoke panels to achieve technically accurate and competitive solutions. We work closely with our customers at all times to ensure our products achieve their exact specifications. On-site installations and modifications are completed in line with individual requirements and time scales.

Difficult delivery and installation requirements are always accommodated using our experienced delivery team using our purpose built lift and shift vehicles and equipment. We operate and maintain a quality assurance procedure in accordance with BS EN 9001. All site personnel are CSCS qualified and carry out works in line with industry standards.

The preferred method of handling switchgear assemblies is by crane. Lifting points are provided at the top of each shipping group. We insert a crane hook through each of the four points to lift and move the shipping group safely. The inside angle of the cables, measured from the top of the equipment to the cable itself, must be greater than 60°. If this configuration is not possible the use of spreader bars is required.
Storage
Switchgear assemblies contain electrical components and operating mechanisms which must be protected against dirt, moisture, other foreign materials, and extreme temperature change. Packaging for shipping is not suitable for storage of switchgear panels.
When it is necessary to store the equipment before installation, we always ensure a suitable storage space is prepared. Panels are placed on a completely level surface in order to reduce strain and distortion, covered fully and kept in a clean and dry location with sufficient air circulation and heat to prevent condensation.

When necessary, we energize the switchgear heaters to keep moisture from forming inside the switchgear. A terminal block is factory wired for a customer-supplied power connection to the heaters. Panels are always checked periodically for any signs of deterioration.
Manufacturing & Installation
All equipment we supply is manufactured using sound engineering practices that are associated with British Standards for the manufacture of Low Voltage Switchgear & Control Panels.
Our design and manufacturing techniques combine together at all times to guarantee the best quality at the lowest possible prices.
